OK Now it Starts (Again)

Finally everyone from work is gone, most of the family things are done, now I can get back to some serious dieting(or more healthy eating) and working out.

I had people from work in town for a large part of the last two weeks, and when people are in town we eat (and drink). It is customary that when people travel to your town that they take the person from that town out to dinner. Since dinner is always on their companies dime, we usually eat pretty good. We usually don't go to the most fancy places, but nicer than usual places and their is always wine or some other other drinking.

All of that adds up to much more calories taken in than usual, and much less working out.

Well all of that is over (for the most part, we are reorganizing our territories at work, so my boss will be in town a few times, but we will eat more sensably when it is just the two of us).

Todays numbers are 218 and 30.3

First is weight, second is % of body fat. I have one of those tanita scales that can even tell me how much the bones in my body weight, or something like that.

It can also tell me my weight in stones, which I always thought was a cool sounding measurement
