Is it just me???
Is it just me or is it cold this year? Ok, I know I'm a pussy, that's why I live in San Diego though. I saw some guys riding their bikes the other morning at about 7:30am and they had the long pants on, jackets and one guy had a turtleneck on under that. They looked freakin cold and it was frakin cold outside.
I think it was about 40 that morning, which is really cold for San Diego. Is it usually this cold?
I guess I am noticing more this year because it has stopped me from riding outside for the last few weeks. I tried to go a few days ago around 11am, and never got out of my neighborhood. I had a jacket on and it was still too freaking cold.
Luckily my ankle has healed enough now that I can jog on my treadmill, so atleast I've been able to keep my weight in check during these glorious holidays.
Only 2 weeks until we start putting Valentines out!!!!

i'll never forget seeing a jogger in shorts in 30 degree weather, in freezing rain, in boston. i'm sure his nutsac was a shriveled as a raisin, but the dude had shorts one! good god!

Yes, it is cold, but I don't think it's cold enough, at least for the season. I think it should be colder. I can still get away with wearing a short sleeve polo shirt during the day. Sure, it's gettin' cold at night, enough to turn on the heat, but it's not cold enough for the season (yet).
I'll consider it cold enough when I need to bundle up during the day...
it's really not that cold...but cold enough for a spoiled san diegan like me. i hate wearing closed toe shoes. i hate wearing sleeved clothing and jackets.
