When 100=0
As a direct effect of my year in motion, I put in 100 miles this week (92 cycling, 10 walking/jogging). So you and I would say, "hey that's great!!!", but it's kind of a bummer that my scale doesn't say so.
My clothes even agree with the scale...
I ate ok, but I know I could have eaten better.
Maybe it's because it's just so cold. I feel that if I would have put in this milage during the summer, I would have burned a lot more calories.
Lets try it again this week and see where we end up.
